  • All digital products (SVG files, seamless patterns, printable designs, etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Once a file has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned.
  • If you experience issues accessing or using your file, please contact me at [your email address], and I’ll be happy to help resolve the problem.

🛍️ Print-on-Demand & Dropship Products

Some products (such as apparel, home décor, stationery, and accessories) are fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand providers.

  • Refunds or exchanges are only available if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Please notify me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • As these items are made to order, I cannot accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or ordering the wrong size/color.

🎨 Handmade Items by Pink Octopus Art

For handmade or personally created items:

  • Returns are accepted if the item arrives damaged or faulty.
  • You must notify me within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty.

If you purchase items through Redbubble or Spoonflower via links on my website:

  • Please note that these platforms handle their own orders, shipping, and refunds.
  • For any issues with these orders, you must contact Redbubble or Spoonflower customer service directly, as I do not process or manage those sales.
