Extended Commercial Licence – Unlimited & POD Rights

This licence allows you to use one eligible Pink Octopus Art digital design for unlimited commercial production, including print-on-demand.

You may:

✓ Sell unlimited physical products using the licensed design
✓ Sell on Etsy, your own website, at craft fairs and other marketplaces
✓ Use the design for handmade and commercially produced products
✓ Upload the design to third-party print-on-demand services such as Printify, Redbubble and similar platforms
✓ Use eligible 3D files to create and sell unlimited physical 3D printed products
✓ Use seamless patterns for fabric, wallpaper and larger production runs

You may not:

✕ Resell, share or redistribute the original digital file
✕ Sell the digital design as a standalone file or as part of a digital bundle
✕ Modify the artwork and resell it as a new digital design
✕ Claim the original design or artwork as your own

Important: This licence covers one design only and does not include the artwork/design file itself. The design must be purchased separately if you have not already purchased it.
